3 Power moves I can’t get enough of and why you should try them!

If you’ve ever worked out with me, you probably know—I’m obsessed with power movements. There's just something so satisfying about feeling strong, explosive, and fully in your body. Here are three of my all-time favorite exercises that deliver on strength, sweat, and serious results:

🔥 Thrusters – The ultimate full-body challenge! Thrusters combine a front squat with an overhead press, activating your legs, core, and shoulders in one fluid movement. I love how efficient and empowering this movement feels. Bonus: it seriously boosts your heart rate!

💪 Push Press – Think overhead press, but with momentum. I’m all about functional strength, and the push press trains your body to generate power from the ground up. It’s fast, fierce, and lets you move heavier weight than a strict press—aka, more strength gains in less time.

Kettlebell Swings – There’s no denying the energy of a good swing set (see what I did there?). Kettlebell swings fire up your glutes, hamstrings, and core, while training explosive hip drive. It’s one of my favorite ways to build endurance and power at the same time.
